Programme confirmed and additional speakers announced for the Hempcrete Building Workshop in Oslo

We are pleased to share that the full programme for the Certified Hempcrete Building Workshop in Oslo, 23–25 February 2026, is now confirmed!

In addition to lead instructor Daniel Daviller (Technical Director of Eco-Materials at Saint-Astier, former CEO of Tradical/Weber), the workshop will feature contributions from Laurent Mouly, engineer and architect specialised in bio-based structural systems, Jørgen Tycho, award-winning architect and co-founder of Oslotre, and of course Peter Holmdahl from the Nordic Hemp Building School, .

Laurent Mouly contributes deep expertise in structural thinking, building physics and performance-oriented design in hempcrete and other low-impact systems. Jørgen Tycho adds an architectural perspective on climate-adapted, breathable building systems, drawing on Oslotre’s international work with timber, hemp-lime and new bio-based composites such as CocoCrete. Peter Holmdahl brings extensive hands-on experience from professional hempcrete construction across the Nordics and Europe, with a focus on correct material use, buildability and knowledge transfer from craft to industrial application.

With the programme now finalised, the workshop offers a structured introduction to industrial hempcrete prefabrication, architectural integration and real-world application. The course combines theory and hands-on production, and is designed as a professional entry point into scalable, bio-based construction systems.

The updated course folder is available as an attachment to this post.
